The DACC interns are normally here for a term of 12 months - in some cases shorter or longer - and they come to the US and DACC as part of the finalization of their studies at a Danish university.

The interns can be deployed in several different areas to work on several different projects or tasks in any sized business, large or small. It is not just tasks, projects or positions of an “academic” nature where it is possible to use an intern. A DACC intern can be a great help and very qualified and inspirational partner to have on board for more practical, down-to-earth tasks such as sales events, special campaigns, shows/exhibitions, open house arrangements or other promotions. The most important requirement for a project is just that it complies with existing laws etc., and all projects etc. are subject to the DACC executive committee’s prior approval.

The use of these highly qualified DACC interns is only available for our sponsors and at no charge for the number of hours determined by your sponsorship level. Additional hours are available at extremely favorable rates*).

We can not guarantee that we can provide interns with skills to participate in projects as listed below at all times, but here is a listing of selected skills of current and previous interns to give you an impression:

• Planning and execution of campaigns
• Special (sales) events planning etc. and participation
• Show/exhibition planning and/or participation
• Open-house arrangements
• Market research
• Supplier sourcing
• Website creation and maintenance
• Website optimization using tools like e.g. Google AdWords, AdSense, and Website Optimizer
• E-Business projects including addition of features to existing websites/stores
• Employer/employees relationships and employee satisfaction surveys
• Organizational leadership and communication projects
• Multicultural communication and crisis communication projects
• Planning and implementation projects of changes and “reforms” within political and service-producing companies like banks and financials institutions, IT-companies and educational institutions.
