Technical Software Engineer with development tool and troubleshooting focus

You will be reporting to the director of Technical Operations North America.

Primary responsibility:

- Manage and respond to incoming technical system cloning support queries

- Test / troubleshoot problems reported by clients and/or our consulting team

- Testing code for client specific projects as well overall conformance of product releases

- Assist with mgmt of our internal IT systems

Desired Skills and experience

- Familiar with coding concepts and comfortable with code (prefer Microsoft and web but not required)

- Programming experience - any object oriented language (PHP or C#/ASP.net or other OOP language)

- HTML and web development trouble shooting

- Team player with a strong drive to excel at the detail level as well as get the job done on time

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Experience with SQL databases, web servers and virtual machine solutions

- Valis US Work Permit
