It’s that time again: The annual Sct. Hans Bonfire and BBQ at the Hagensen house in Sandy Springs. We are in need of volunteers to help make this event as amazing as past events.

What we need:

• · A witch that will be burned at the bonfire. (Now – Saturday, 6/26/2010)
• · Someone to be in charge of the kids’ games. (Saturday)
• · We need 1-2 people to help assist with the set-up of the bonfire. (Monday-Saturday)
• · We will need someone to help set up the grill. (Saturday)
• · We will need someone to help set up the buffet. (Saturday)
• · We will need someone to help clean up the buffet. (Saturday)
• · We will need someone to man the grill. (Saturday).
• · Someone to clean the grill. (Sunday)
• · Clean-up crew. (Saturday or Sunday)
• · Someone to assist with check in of guests. (Saturday).

Any help will be greatly appreciated – and feel free to share any of the activities with friends.
