Welcome 2010!

Again, I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your support in 2009 and look forward to another great year in our community. The year is off to a GREAT start for the DACC with the Danish Film Festival. The High theatre was packed with people and there wasn’t a seat to be had! Thanks to everyone who came out to support Danish Film.

I am very excited about the large group of people who have agreed to help and support the DACC by organizing events and to lend a helping hand to make this organization a success. For the first time, we had about 20 people volunteer to plan activities for 2010…  What a great way to start the year! A number of new people are involved and I am very happy that we are constantly welcoming new, energetic individuals to our Danish community.

Fastelavn is just around the corner so mark your calendars and be prepared to have some fun. 

The beginning of the year is always exciting as this is the natural time for members to renew their membership (and I truly believe everyone will renew their membership) and if everyone can recruit one more member, then we are in very good shape. New packages for our business members are in the works and will be presented shortly to our business community, so stay tuned.

Thanks again for your contribution and support. You make it all possible and without you, we wouldn't have a DACC.
