"I attended the Sct. hans party for the first time this year and in spite of the bad weather it was such as enjoyable even. Imet a lot of new Danish friends, the food was good and there were lots of activities for kids, so the parents had a chance tojust relax and socialize."
Marie Louise Arnth Jensen, Trade Commission Intern, June 2011
'We moved to Atlanta recently and have really enjoyed the DACC. It was a little bit of an expense for a little company like us to pay the membership, but we have made our money back within the first week of becoming members. DACC did everything in their power to promote our business, and the members are true to the Danish community. Its very easy to be caught up in spending money on a social club with no benefits, but this membership has been and will continue to be an asset in our lives"
Mikkeline Maria Hicks, Pearl Couture, Small Business Member.
"I admire the personalities of the people at the DACC and the energy within the organization. I especially, enjoy the events and found that the Easter Luncheon was a nice add on event in 2011. I like the member activities and social initiatives that the DACC offers."
Merete Mogelmose, "DACC Member of the Month", June 2011
"The DACC Movie Night on April 27th 2011 was fantastic! The Midtown Art Cinema was a great location choice for this event. Close to Piedmont Park and a bunch of great places to Eat&Drink. The Apres Diem lounge was a cool spot to socialize and network after the film"
Zachary Mowers, Family Member

"Thinking back on my 2 months long adventure here in Atlanta, is with the biggest smile and the happiest memories. Coming here, I did not have any expectations for Atlanta other than my excitement to experience the South with its´ charm and hospitality that it is so well known for... DACC has given me so much and through them i have meet many great people. I am very grateful and i am glad that i found DACC whom without i feel, that i would have missed out on some wonderful memories, had i not meet and bonded with some really cool people that i can now confidently call my friends"
Claudia Scigliano.
"I have attended the monthly brunches since January when I landed in Atlanta and I have enjoyed all of them. The monthly brunch is a great for way new and old Danes in Atlanta to meet other Danes and their families, build and maintain a social network and enjoy some very pleasant company in a relaxed setting. I can absolutely recommend going!"

"As a social member of DACC I feel extremely lucky in that I can live in the US and still be a part of Danish culture. DACC gives my children a chance to grow up with the Danish culture and language and for that I am very grateful. The many events also gives me a chance to network and meet new people. I have met my closest friends through DACC"

"For the company I work for as well as for me personally the DACC membership has been of great benefit. DACC is a very dynamic and active organization that provides many interesting opportunities of both a professional and a personal nature. For newcomers to our region and their families, I would consider DACC the perfect place to begin the integration and networking process"
