Cream for Layer Cakes, easy and fast to make

3 egg yolk

3 tsp sugar

1 tsp cornflour

3 dl milk

Whisk the ingredients together in a pot while heating on the cooker.

Keep whisking till the cream gets thicker, then take off the cooker, later put in the refrigerator

Ready to use when its cold, you could make it last longer by mixing whipped cream with the layer cake cream
