DACC's Sct Hans Celebration took place in Azalea park in Roswell, in a pavilion alongside the Chattahoochee River. Ida and Stine our social committee chair kicked of the festivities by welcoming guests to the event. A delicious BBQ with hamburgers, danish hotdog and all the Danish condiments you can think of was enjoyed by all.

With friends and family we will celebrate the traditional Danish Holiday Event, Sommer Solstice, at beautiful Azalea Park located in Roswell. Surrounded by mother nature, we will bbq, sing, and meet. There will further be fun games for the kids.

We will provide burgers, hotdogs, and "snobrød". There are lots of picnic tables and chairs available. Drinks and cups are bring your own (BYO). Unfortunately we are not

Consider opening your home to a team-member of The National Danish Performance Team (Verdensholdet)

The National Danish Performance Team are working their way throughout the World towards Atlanta. The visit here in 2015 was a great success so they decided to return.

The team consists of 28 selected and highly skilled gymnasts from all over Denmark. The athletes are 19-28 years old and they participate as volunteers. Being selected to the team is a life dream for the gymnasts, who have worked determinedly for many years in order to improve their gymnastic skills and obtain experience as instructors in their local clubs.
