Classic Danish Potato Salad

 

Kartoffelsalat


 

2 ½ kg cooked, peeled potatoes

6 dl sour milk

300 g mayonnaise

Juice of ½ lemon

About 1 dl milk or water

2 chopped onions

1 bunch chopped parsley

4 tbsp. chives

4 tbsp. chopped dill

3 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Salt and pepper


Cut the potatoes into slices. Stir yogurt and mayonnaise together with the the other ingredients, except the potatoes,

and season with salt and pepper. Turn the potato slices in the mayonnaise mixture shortly before serving. 

Season with salt and pepper.
