Curry Salad/Karrysalat

Recipe for 6 to 8 persons.

 

Ingredients

1 egg

1 chopped pickles

½ apple

1/4 onion

1.5 dl sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp curry powder

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 pinch black pepper

 

Boil the egg for about ten minutes and let it cool.


Peel the shell of the egg, and chop it. Chop the pickles, peelt he apple and cut it into small cubes. 

Peel and grate the onion. Mix all the ingredients together with sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, 

turmeric, salt and pepper. Enjoy with herring on a piece of rye bread.
