On Saturday, March 1, 2008 Fastelavn was celebrated. This year's Fastelavn Party proved to be quite challenging in the planning process; however, it all turned out great, and the children had fun!

Altogether 60 children and adults came out for a few hours of Fastelavn's fun - The children were all dressed up in excellent costumes ranging from pretty princesses to frightening pirates. Everybody had fun decorating Fastelavnsris and goody bags, and not least hitting the Fastelavn's barrels. A King and a Queen were found and crowned. The party ended with delicious Fastelavn's buns made by Bjarne Scholer.
