During the evening all
children had the opportunity to be transformed into supermen,
spidermen, soldiers, butterflies, flowers etc. On the picture you
can see what a pink butterfly can look like.
Although we could not have a bonfire we did make snobrød. With a hole in the soil and some charcoal it was almost like making
snobrød over a real fire.
Last, but not least the witch was burned over the charcoals!
Thank you for a great evening. We are looking forward to seeing
you again next year!

On
Saturday June 24 DACC celebrated Skt. Hans at the Hagensen's house.
Once again the Danish-American community enjoyed to come
together and celebrate an old tradition. Over 80 people participated in the
Skt. Hans party. It was truly
a beautiful summer evening. 
Lars
Knudsen and Christian Hagensen did a good job as grill masters. Vagn
Nielsen from Proof of the Pudding donated everything for burgers and
hot dogs, and people enjoyed the food in the Hagensen family's beautiful
yard.
